The Nominating and Governance
Committee serves as an advisory committee to the Board, to monitor and evaluate the
Foundation’s corporate governance system, make recommendations on the Board’s effectiveness and to identify and recommend candidates to be invited to serve on the Board of Directors.

The Finance Committee ensures that the Foundation is operating with fiscal responsibility and monitors the overall plans for raising designated and undesignated funds, overseeing the budgeting process and providing the Board of Directors with an understanding of the goals and objectives for all fundraising programs.
