Donor support contributes to UHN’s nursing programs for continuous learning, professional development and research. These opportunities enable our nurses to keep pace with the complex challenge of providing patient-centred care in today’s clinical environment. They also help nurses to advance in their careers and feel a greater sense of accomplishment, and they reaffirm the value of the nurse’s role within the health care team.
